Our car with driver hire rates start at 55 USD per day for an economy car, 60 USD per day for a sedan and 100 USD per day for a KDH van. Every rate is all-inclusive: fuel, highway tolls, parking and the driver’s wage are covered. The only possible extra is 8 USD per day for driver accommodation, and that applies only when your hotel does not provide a driver room.
No. You can hire a car with a driver for a single day airport transfer or for a three-week island-wide tour. Most of our guests book between 5 and 12 days, which comfortably covers the cultural triangle, hill country and southern beaches.
No advance payment is required to confirm your booking. You pay your driver directly by cash or card during your trip. We confirm your vehicle and driver by email and WhatsApp before you travel.
Yes. Every driver is approved by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA), holds a valid chauffeur guide licence and speaks fluent English. They know the routes, the best photo stops and the quieter times to visit busy sites.
Yes. Airport pickup at Bandaranaike International Airport is included in your hire. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board and tracks your flight, so delays are not a problem.
Meals are the driver’s own responsibility and are already covered in the daily rate. Most Sri Lankan hotels provide a free driver room. If yours does not, accommodation is 8 USD per day.
Absolutely. The car and driver are yours for the days you book, so you can add a stop, stay longer somewhere you love or skip a site. Just talk to your driver, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help rearrange the route.
