Our rates start at 55 USD per day for the Economy Car, 60 USD for the Sedan and 100 USD for the KDH Van. Every rate covers your English-speaking chauffeur, fuel, highway tolls and parking — there are no per-kilometre charges and no hidden extras. The only possible addition is 8 USD per day for driver accommodation, and that applies only if your hotel does not provide a driver’s room.

No strict minimum — we happily arrange single-day hires and airport transfers as well as longer tours. That said, most of our guests book between 4 and 10 days, which is comfortable for covering the cultural triangle, hill country and south coast without rushing.

No advance payment is required. You confirm your booking with us by message, and you pay your driver directly during or at the end of your trip. We accept both cash and card.

Yes. Every one of our drivers is licensed and approved by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) and speaks fluent English. They double as informal guides, so you can ask them about routes, food stops and local customs along the way.

Absolutely. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board, at whatever hour your flight lands. Just send us your flight number and we will track it, so a delayed arrival is never a problem.

The driver’s meals are entirely our responsibility — you are never asked to cover them. Most hotels in Sri Lanka provide a free driver’s room. If yours does not, a flat 8 USD per day covers his accommodation. Nothing else is added to your quoted rate.

Yes — the plan is yours, not ours. If you want to linger an extra night by the beach, skip a stop or add somewhere your driver recommends, simply say so. We only ask for a little notice if a change affects your hotel bookings.
